This small male puppy was found late at night on Monday September 10 in single digit temps. Very friendly temperament but understandably skittish. The pup is young, probably less than four months old. He has a black body with brown paws and face. Seems to be a wire haired terrier mix. Color is multicolored with stars but with no tags.
